Richard I. “Dick” Lyles is CEO of Origin Entertainment. In addition to his leadership, he brings extensive expertise in the areas of business, strategy, finance, and marketing to the team. Most recently he served as an executive producer on I AM MORTAL and a producer on FATIMA starring Harvey Keitel, Sonia Braga and Goran Visnjic, with an original theme song by Andrea Bocelli, distributed by Picturehouse, Myriad Pictures and Universal.  Lyles will serve either as a producer or executive producer on current and future Origin projects.

Lyles has served successfully as CEO of several companies in the past, led several start-ups, and is an experienced writer with a strong marketing and communication background. To date he has authored nine books (including the best seller, Winning Ways) that have been translated into more than forty languages around the world.

During his three year tenure as President of The Ken Blanchard Companies, he took the company from $20M to $42M in annual revenues while increasing profitability and expanding the company’s global reach. He has served successfully as CEO of several other companies including a strategic management consulting company and a thirty-three station radio network.

Dick Lyles is one of the founding Board Members of Act One, Inc., in Hollywood. In addition he has served as the lead faculty member for the Act One Executive program. Act One has trained more than 500 writers and 90 executives for Hollywood career.
